Poggio alla Cavalla Tourist Farm is situated in Lamporecchio near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birth town of Leonardo.
The privileged geographical location of the tourist farm makes it possible to go on convenient day trips to tourism and culture centres and Tuscan cities of art: Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano,Volterrra, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Arezzo, Cortona.
The owner Massimo Camelli is in charge of welcoming guests to the tourist farm and looks after their stay to make enrich their holiday with pleasant sensations, thanks to the beauty of the landscape and genuine hospitality.
The Tourist Farm was built on the ground floor of the old farm house; it is made up of 4 flats, which are named after the colours Orange, Blue, Yellow, Green and is surrounded by garden, where there is a swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace and a private car park.
All of THE FLATS have an independent entrance, autonomous heating, air conditioning,Tv/Sat and Internet Wireless; inside there is:
· A comfortable daytime area with a kitchenette (a cooker,dishwasher,sink,fridge-freezer), a dining table and a 2-seater sofa bed with sheets and blankets.
· A bright bedroom furnished with typical Tuscan or moderns furniture and elements, with sheets and blankets.
· A comfortable, practical bathroom with a shower box, sink, Wc, bidet, hairdryer and towels for guests.

The apartments are equipped with: served dishes, glasses and cutlery for 6 people, all the utensils and accessories for cooking and clothesline, iron and ironing board.
The tourist farm is equipped with the washing machine and washhouse.
The swimming-poll ( m.10x6 open from 30.04 to 02.10 ) equipped with: a gazebo, shower, deck chairs, sun beds, parasols and tables.
Each flat also has a private garden with a cured lawn and is equipped with a table,chairs,parasol and a barbecue and its own parking space in the private square in front of the tourist farm.
Leisure activities in the farmhouse
· THE SWIMMING POOL (10x6 m – from 30.04 to 02.10) was built in a sunny, open area to ensure that the temperature of the water is always pleasant. There is also a large solarium, a shower, deck chairs, sun beds, parasols, tables and a changing room, set on a splendid terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.
· Barbecue where you can grill meats, Florentine steaks and fish, all served with TUSCAN I.G.P. extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by a good CHIANTI D.O.C.G. wine and VALDINIEVOLE BIANCO D.O.C., produced with organic farming by us.
· THE AREA FOR SAMPLING AND SELLING wine and oil is a small rustic area next to the cellar; here you can sample wines and oil served with Tuscan bread, cheeses and various kinds of cold meats and salami

Those arriving by car
1 ) For who comes from the North or South on the A1(Milano-Bologna - Firenze-Roma-Napoli), get onto the motorway A11(Firenze-Pisa) at Firenze Nord intersection, following the Pisa and exit at Montecatini Terme.
2 ) For who comes from the West on the A12 (Genova-Pisa-Roma), get onto the motorway A11 (Firenze-Pisa) in the direction of Firenze and exit at Montecatini Terme.
Take the A11 motorway and come off at MONTECATINI TERME. Turn right in the direction of MONSUMMANO TERME - FUCECCHIO after the toll booth.
When you reach the 1st traffic lights, head for MOSUMMANO TERME - FUCECHIO and turn right after about 1 Km in the direction of FUCECCHIO at the 2nd traffic lights.
Bear left at the roundabout and go straight on at the 3rd set of traffic lights and keep right in the direction of FUCECCHIO(SR 436). After about 1 Km, you will come to the 4th set of traffic lights: head straight on in the direction of FUCECCHIO(SR 436).
Leave MONSUMMANO TERME and go past the towns of CINTOLESE and CASTELMARTINI and continue on the (SR436) in the direction of FUCECCHIO. Turn left in the direction of CERBAIA(SP 35) immediately after the sign showing the end of BACCANE.
From here, continue for about 2 Km and turn right in Via POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA after a little hill. After 800 metres, you are at the Tourist Farm.
